It is because when I shared my ups and downs in dealing with my kids, I got an active listener who understood my feelings so well. What I valued more is that Lee gave me honest feedback so that I could see the situations through the eyes of the kids. The coaching enables me to discover my blind spots in relating with my kids. Lee demonstrated her coaching expertise to help me identify my improvement areas. Now, I am confident that I can build harmonious and enjoyable relationship with my kids in the near future. -

I have a 16 weeks coaching sessions with Coach Lee with a goal to improve the relationship with my daughter, aged 15. Coach Lee shared with me her past working experience with the teens. During the process I have learned the common thinking and doings of the teens and subsequently I was assisted by Coach Lee to adjust the ways, and attitude to get along with my daughter. I was greatly impressed by Coach Lee's enthusiasm and professionalism during the coaching sessions. Her "positive energy” has given me and my family hopes and joy.
